We have used Ben as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent, and he has been helpful, knowledgeable, and has given us great results. He sold our house in four days at a price significantly over our listing price, and then when we went to buy our new house, he was able to get our offer accepted for significantly under listing price, and then walked us through the process of getting a construction loan. Through it all he’s been friendly and super easy to work with. We highly recommend him!
